- Anxiety or depression just won't give you a break.
- Anger that shows up more than you'd like or is starting to mess with life.
- A relationship on the rocks, and you didn't even know there was a problem?
- A habit you can't seem to leave behind.
- You know you're capable of more, but can't seem to get there, or stay there.
Whatever brought you here, maybe you're ready to try something different.
Together, we'll figure out what's keeping you stuck, find some practical ways to do things differently, and work toward becoming the man you want to be.
Bryan Mason, LMSW
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years in healthcare leadership and running my own business. I'm also a husband and father. I have a real-world appreciation for responsibility and the pressures of everyday life.
My work with men didn't begin when I became a therapist. Over the years, I've led several men's groups, walking alongside men as they wrestled with questions of identity, purpose, relationships, and faith. Those conversations taught me something I still believe today: real change happens when people feel understood, challenged, and supported.
Hang on, you said “faith”…
My faith is part of who I am, but I don't bring an agenda into the therapy room. Whether faith is an important part of your life or not, therapy with me is built around your goals—not mine.
Who I Work With
I work with men ages 16 and up who want to try something different before losing something they can't get back. Sometimes that means you want something different in your life. And let’s be honest, sometimes it means someone you love wants something different from you.
It’s not that unusual for men to wonder, “How did I even get here?” and find themselves stuck in patterns they can't seem to break. Sometimes the way we’ve done things all along just isn’t working any more.
When you’re ready to take an honest look at what's really going on and if you think you might be willing to try something different, we should talk.
What Will This Look Like
I'll take the time to understand you: your story, your relationships, what's happened to you, what's important to you, and how you got to where you are today. While many men face similar struggles, your story is unique, and understanding you comes before we focus on change.
Therapy with me is direct. We'll have honest conversations, ask hard questions, and challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck. We'll look at where those patterns came from, what's keeping them alive, and what it will take to create lasting change and build something better.
My approach is practical and flexible. Some men want a place to slow down and better understand themselves. Others want direct feedback, practical tools, and accountability. Most want a little of both. We'll build an approach that fits you.
If something on this page resonates with you, I'd be glad to talk.
The first step is simply reaching out. Let’s schedule a time to meet, talk through what's going on, and decide together whether we're a good fit to work together.
