• United Health Care - in network on most plans

• UHC Medicare - coming January 2027

• Surest

• Cigna

• Medicare (direct)

• UMR

• Aetna

• Iowa Total Care

• Molina

• Wellpoint

• All Other Plans - Superbill only.

Unfortunately at this time no EAPs are being accepted.

What is a Superbill:

A Superbill is a document we provide you after you pay for your therapy session. You submit the Superbill directly to your insurance company. This way you may be credited for your payment towards your deductible. When your yearly deductible is met, your insurance company will reimburse you directly according to your plan agreement.
